ZENITH
Limiter KM-06
Loud, clean and true-peak safe, measured to the standard.
AU · VST3 · macOS
What it does.
ZENITH is a true-peak limiter for the last stage of a master. Pick a style, set the ceiling, and watch the loudness while it works: momentary, short-term and integrated LUFS, loudness range and true peak.
Six styles change how the limiter treats transients and the low end. Four loudness targets show how far you are from where you want to land, and Unity Listen takes the gain back off the output so you can judge the limiting at equal loudness.

Hear it.
The same recording without and with ZENITH, set from SCAN and adjusted by ear. Switch while it plays; the position stays where it is.
The before-and-after examples are being recorded. They will appear here.
What's inside.
Six styles
Transparent, Punchy, Loud, Warm, Aggressive and Safe. Punchy, Loud and Aggressive soft-clip the top of the transients before the limiter. Warm levels the low band on its own. Safe keeps 0.15 dB of extra margin under the ceiling.
True-peak ceiling
Set it from −12 to 0 dB. With True Peak on, the detector works on a 4× inter-sample estimate, so peaks between the samples are limited too. Lookahead from 0.5 to 5 ms.
Auto or manual release
Auto release is program-dependent: isolated transients recover fast, sustained limiting keeps a slower floor. Or set 1 ms to 1 s by hand.
Loudness metering
Momentary, short-term and integrated LUFS after BS.1770-4, loudness range after EBU Tech 3342, the true-peak maximum, and a scrolling level and gain-reduction history. One click resets the measurements.
Targets and Unity Listen
Four loudness targets: −14, −16, −9 and −8 LUFS. SCAN sets the gain for the one you pick. Unity Listen removes the gain from the output so you compare at about equal loudness.
Stereo link and dither
Stereo link from 0 to 100 % lets the channels limit apart or together. Dither to 24 or 16 bits, plain TPDF or noise-shaped.
SCAN for ZENITH.
Play the loudest section of the master for about fifteen seconds. SCAN measures the take and proposes settings for Gain, Ceiling, Style, Lookahead, Release. Each move comes with the reason, in one line.
Apply it with one click, then trust your ears. It is a starting point an engineer would be happy to begin from.
